My family and I were stuck in the middle of nowhere when the check engine light came on on our rental car. We were instructed by Enterprise to catch an Uber to the next nearest rental location which was at the airport about an hour away once the tow truck came to pickup the broken down vehicle. I received a call from Mr Tyree's wife saying he was already at the airport dropping another car off and could save us some time by bringing the replacement vehicle to us instead of making us catch an uber after waiting 1 1/2 hours then travelling another hour back to the airport. What a lifesaver Mr Tyree and his wife were! And he ensured the replacement had a full tank of gas and an upgrade to fit all of our luggage. I'd definitely recommend their services to anyone in the northern NC area that needs it.

I was driving a rental when my tire went flat. I was stuck 3 hours from home at 9pm and rental cars do not have spares so the rental company set up Tyree Towing and Recovery to come pick up the car. Stephanie from Tyree called me and was extremely nice and told me they would bring a new car to me and send me on my way. She kept me updated on the timing and arrived within the hour with a new rental. Both Jonathan and Stephanie (the owners) were friendly and got me back on the road shortly after they arrived.
