We offer towing of light and medium duty. Local and long distance towing. We also offer roadside services of jumpstarts, lockouts, and fuel delivery. We offer recovery of winching a vehicle of equipment that is stuck as well. The only thing we do not offer is tire changes. This is do for a safety perspective of our providers and keeping them safe along the roadway. 

We like many local towing compaies accept CASH, Credit or Debit cards. This card can be any of the following Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and discover. We also accept CashApp, Venmo, and Zell. We hope to be able accept google pay and apple pay in the future. We DO NOT accept personal checks, But will accept business checks. Please note that there is a 4% CC fee applied to all CC payments. 

There are a couple of options for you to pay. 1. you can pay your driver that comes and does the service for you. He will then turn all payments into the company. 2. You can give your cc/debit card info to the driver or dispatch and they can run your card for you. 3. you can have a link sent to your phone or email to pay. Please note that before a driver can drop your vehicle your invoice must be paid. 

We at Tyree Towing strive to give you the best quote possible when we speak with you. We do our best to honor what was given to you over theh phone. But please keep in mind that if we were not aware of a situation that makes the job harder then what was origionally described the price can change. But it will always be communicated with you before anything is done. 

As far as extra fees we charge 4% Credit card processing fee. This is what our banking system charges us to run them. 

On some cermistances we will add a fuel surcharge as well. This is usually on long distance calls and calls where the truck will have to stay ideling for long periods of time. And this price can fluxuate with the prices of fuel. 

To ensure our customers safety. We do yearly background checks on all of our employees. We also do random drug testing as well. We want to make sure that our customer is always safe when with us and using our company.

All of our trucks are lettered with our LOGO which is Tyree Towing and Recovery and tow chains. Our colors are black, white, blue, and silver. All of our service providers will be in uniform with a shirt that has our logo on it. Most shirts should also have the service providers given name as well. All of our logos will match our business card and all the info will match as well. 

Please be mindful that there are busy times for services. Some days you will get a driver within 5 mins others it could take apx 2 hrs depending on your location and the location of the driver. Everyday is different and we will do our best to keep you informed of when a driver should be there. 

We at Tyree Towing and Recovery are a fully licenced and insured towing company. There are many out there that have a tow truck, but do not carry the correct insurace or may not even have a legal Drivers licence. We know we may not be the cheapest we will never claim to be. However, when you call us and use us you will know you are getting a service that is protected 100%. And we have legal drivers that are very quialified in towing and have done so for many years. Not all towing companies are the same. Not all are truthful with you and not all will take care of your vehicle like it is their own. Keep this in mind. 

We go all over North Carolina. We are also available to go up to Virginia and down to South Carolina. We are willing to go whereever you need us. While our home office is in Franklin County NC we will go wherever we are needed.
